Orders & Refunds

Is there a minimum order / delivery fee?

There is no minimum order.

For orders less than $120, delivery fees are applicable, and are as follow:
- General: $15
- Changi Airport, Sentosa and Tuas: $20

How long in advance can I make an order?

Please drop us an email at info@bubo.sg with more details and we will try to accomodate.

Will I receive an order confirmation after placing an order?

Yes. An order acknowledgement email will be sent to your email address after placing an order.

Can I cancel or amend an order?

Once an order has been submitted, cancellations cannot be made.

To amend your order, please drop us an email at info@bubo.sg, and we will do our best for orders that have not yet been processed.

Are refunds available, and if so, how long is the refund process?

To request for a refund, kindly drop us an email at info@bubo.sg.

Successful refund requests will take between 3 to 5 working days.

Can you place an order for delivery to multiple locations?

For deliveries to multiple locations, please drop us an email at info@bubo.sg with more details and we will get back to you.

Delivery & Collection

What are the delivery options?

(1) Delivery to your location of choice.

(2) "Click & Collect" at 2 locations (Orchard and Raffles Place).

Do you deliver islandwide?

Yes, we offer islandwide delivery.

For orders less than $120, delivery fees are applicable, and are as follow:

Do you deliver to locations outside of Singapore?

Deliveries outside of Singapore are currently not available.

Do you offer same-day / next-day shipping?

For same-day / next-day shipping, kindly Whatsapp us at +65 8774 7002.

Please note that urgent order requests are subject to availability, and may incur additional charges.

Can I request for delivery during a specific time frame as I may not be at home for the entire delivery time window?

Can I change my delivery address, date and time after check-out?

Storage & Consumption

How do I bring the chocolate to room temperature once it has been removed from storage?

Our chocolates are best consumed at 18°C.

As most home refrigerators are set at 5°C, for the best experience, please bring the chocolates out in their original packaging to sit at room temperature for about 5-10 minutes before consuming.
